Just recently I have been creating a new information product to launch. Now any of you who have created or attempted to create your own information products must know how frustrating it can be at times especially when you hit the dreaded writers block.

Well there I was at 1 o’clock in the morning struggling to fill the second chapter of my new ebook and so was scratching around for inspiration when I decided to take a visit to my blog and that’s where it hit me. All the information I needed for this product is right here.

You see I think we tend to forget about all the fascinating articles and news we have provided on our blogs over the past weeks, months or even years for some people and not to mention all the outside comments we get on our posts offering advice, feedback and questions.

So I took a good look through all the posts I have created on my blog and realised I had enough information to create an entire ebook. Obviously some of the information would need to be edited and updated to fit in with the current trends of Internet Marketing but basically over the course of the posts I had written I actually had a massive amount of information to go ahead and create many information products.  For Example,  I could create a product along the lines  of ‘Beginners Guide To Internet Marketing’ or I could take certain posts and use it to create an information product about ‘Creating your first Ebook’ or about ’Organisational Skills’. The list was endless really and it was all becaue I had started a blog sometime back that I used to record my IM adventures and ramblings which I could now use and turn it into my very own information product.

So if you are reading this and haven’t started your own blog yet or have a blog that you have left to the Internet Wilderness then I suggest you get back to it and start posting again as it could become one of your greatest assets not to even mention being your primary email list builder.

Just remember your Internet Marketing ramblings could be another mans treasure or indeed your own treasure and the people reading your ramblings could well become loyal subscribers for years to come.
