Within our lives there are many people – colleagues, customers, family, friends, acquaintances.  We have the opportunity to do our very best in every situation in which we interact with other people.  We can offer the most we can give to a situation, the least we can give to a situation, or something in between.  What people look for from each other is satisfaction.

Life is full of uncertainties.  Events can take us unawares.  Sometimes our emotions get the better of us and we fall short of the high standard we are capable of.  Most of the time we have the opportunity to make amends if this happens.  If we have made a mistake we can repair it, if we have given the wrong information we can find what is right, if we have hurt someone we can invariably go back to the person, apologise, or do whatever it takes to make peace with them. 

In internet marketing we all strive to offer satisfaction to our customers.  However the difference is we often will get just one chance to do this.  When someone visits your sales page for the first time it will more than likely be the only time they visit.  When someone buys your product you will have just the one chance to satisfy the customer.  If the product falls short of excellent the chances are they will not buy from you again. 

Many internet marketers are so successful because they recognise this immediacy.  They are well aware that in order to secure a sale they have to make sure that first viewing of the sales page grabs the attention of the reader.  They know that in order to get people returning to buy more products they must give their very best each time.  The most successful internet marketers over deliver time after time.  They offer complete satisfaction, guaranteed!
