:lol: On your illness saying you boys do suffer! Us women still have to do the washing, cooking, cleaning and working as well as take care of the kids when we are sick as our hubbies run away at this time because they don&#039;t want to get sick!! Suck it up! :lol: Only kidding. I do hope you get better soon.

On the outsourcing, what customer support desk are you using that automates the emails?

I do agree with you so much on the benefits of an online business. Last week my computer was at the computer shop getting debugged and virused. (It was very sick, I couldn&#039;t fix it! :() And while it was at the shop my little spray tanning website still made 5 sales!! 

Got to love that!

I actually use VIP Desk which a web based support and help desk, It costs around $67 online but if you are a member of a RR or PLR resource site you should be able to find it for free, you can find it at

You have my greatest sympathies with your illness.

It&#039;s a well-known fact that men&#039;s partners do not understand the suffering we go through when we are ill. ;)

Living as I do in Barcelona, I don&#039;t escape coughs and colds, but I&#039;m still expected to do the household chores even when ill because I work from home.

You are so right about automation but I think the biggest step for most people working online is outsourcing. A sense of losing control. And yet you still retain total control because you lay down your exact needs and full payment is not made until you receive the completed job.

Got to dash and go to the market before it closes....
